Blaine Merritt works as the Operations Manager for Mortgage Capital while doubling as a licensed loan officer assisting clients in Western Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota. He lives in Canby, MN where Mortgage Capital has an out-state office.

Bio

Grant’s career as a mortgage consultant started in 2003. Grant and his wife Tara have lived in Maple Grove for 20 years where they have raised there daughter Bree. Grant grew up playing football in Owotonna with his twin brother and farming with their grandpa.

Grant has many hats but his love for helping his clients achieve the best mortgage customized to them and treating everyone like family will always feel like his purpose. Grant began working for Capital Mortgage of MN in 2017. Grants favorite things to do are traveling and boating with his family.

Bio

Dan Sitek is a Senior Mortgage Consultant and specializes in all aspects of home financing. He joined the company in August 2011 and has over 17 years’ experience in the industry. He is a 2000 graduate from Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Dan resides in Wayzata with his wife Alanna and their two son’s Hudson and Finnley.
